Premium 4WD & Defensive Driving Course Previously Premium – Combined Off-Road & Defensive Driving
Gain the defensive driving, emergency breaking techniques and basic vehicle recovery skills to safely travel long distances on gravel and rough off-road terrain in a 4WD vehicle.
This course covers the units most commonly required for mine site access, remote location access and exploration mining.

Occupational Off-Road Skills Previously Group 1 – Standard Off-Road Course
Learn the skills required to navigate off-road rugged ground such as rocks, ruts, and steep terrain, travelling off track and basic recovery.
This course is ideally designed for mining exploration crews, drilling teams and people driving on rugged tracks.

Workplace Defensive Driving Previously Group 2 – Standard Defensive Driving Course
Learn defensive driving, long-distance driving safety for remote dirt and gravel tracks, wildlife hazards and on-road safe driving techniques. This course has been designed for people travelling to remote communities or requiring basic mine site driving units.

Advanced 4WD Recovery & Sand Driving Previously Group 3 – Advanced Recovery & Sand Course
Designed for commercial drivers, this program covers topics such as advanced 4WD techniques, off-road recovery, and responsible environmental practices for those working in remote areas.

Ultimate 4WD & Defensive Driving Program Previously Group 4 – Most Comprehensive Course
In this 2-day course, you’ll learn how to operate a 4WD vehicle safely over a variety of terrain such as gravel roads, rutted uneven group, steep rugged hills and soft sand. Learn safe vehicle recovery methods including the use of snatch straps, recovery boards, self-recovery techniques and defensive driving techniques.

OPERATE SIDE BY SIDE VEHICLES
A specialized training program for drivers of utility terrain vehicles. This course covers a range of topics including safe operation, off-road techniques, and maintenance, helping drivers to effectively navigate challenging terrain and handle their vehicles with confidence.

Each one of our hand selected, highly qualified and certified Trainers and Assessors have many years' experience driving 4WD vehicles both recreationally & commercially in challenging situations and remote areas.
From our admin staff through to our Trainers and Assessors we all come from a 4WDing background and have the experience and dedication to make sure you are trained safely, correctly and responsibly. All of our dedicated Trainers and Assessors hold Certificate IV qualifications in Training & Assessment as well as being Senior First Aid qualified, we will be able to act in an emergency.
